It was lovely to turn up at Sketchley Grange and see four lads (inc. groom!!) dressing the wedding breakfast room in hot pink and white. It was almost like walking into an episode of Don’t Tell The Bride! They did a fantastic job, and we just put the cherry on top!

The Royal Wedding in balloons by all at Huff, Puff and Away!
With many thanks to Civic Catering staff at Birmingham City Council House for allowing us to do this photo shoot, now a ‘theme’.
We were able to get coverage on BBC Midlands Today! Bez was interviewed By Ben Sidwell of BBC Midlands at Highbury, the clip was only up for a day or two, but we have some screenshots of all the best bits!
So many thanks are in order;
-To the Civic Catering staff at Birmingham City Council House for letting use do a photoshoot in the first place!
-To the Civic Catering staff at Highbury for letting the BBC film us there.
-To BBC Midlands for featuring us in their Royal Wedding coverage!

Well done the Blues! To celebrate Birmingham City winning the Carling Cup, we dropped a ‘Blues footballer Greeter’ in to our friends at Radio WM, who’d done a great job with match commentary and follow-up. Our Character could be seen on the WM webcam for the duration of Phil Upton’s show.

We’ve really enjoyed being on Radio WM for the past week. We were on Danny Kelly’s afternoon show in a little competition they run called ‘Workplace Challenge’ were we went head to head against Crafty Corner in Bearwood. No prizes involved, just the free publicity of being on the radio twice a day for five days and having Huff, Puff and Away! mentioned. As Bez said at the end of the competition both businesses were winners in the end, even though we were the champs!
If anyone reading this did find us and our website through hearing about us on the show, please let us know!

Sorry we’ve not been able to blog or update for the last fortnight, we’ve had serious computer problems which, hopefully, will be sorted this weekend.
This weekend, in fact, we’re exhibiting at the Debenham’s Gift List Weekend, Birmingham, Bullring. On the Saturday, we’re only able to be there until about 3PM, but we hope we can see you either then or any time on Sunday!
We’ll be showing a few examples of our Latex-Free designs, our Characters Greeters and a few stylish ideas for customised table weights.
Look forward to seeing you there,
Abi

Hi all,
We’ve recently added a new page to our site – ‘Latex-Free Designs‘.
We’ve been working on decor especially for people with a latex allergy or phobia.
We’re happy to say the featured cluster on that page is still up and looks as glorious as it did when we inflated them! Five days of these beautiful balloons!
We’ll keep you posted on how long they last,
Abi

Welcome to our Blog; we thought we’d venture into such exciting new things!
So, I thought I would use our first post to tell you about Debenham’s Birmingham wedding fair that was held over Saturday and Sunday of last week.
It started off very hectic as we also attended another two-day fair at Debenham’s Redditch. Bez set up camp there and Harvey and I placed at Birmingham.
Being holed up inside all day was both a blessing and a curse; we missed out on the glorious sunshine, but we had great air-conditioning!
Unsurprisingly, the weather took it’s toll on visitor numbers, but I don’t blame them! None-the-less, we met some great people and had a proper chance to show our latest developments in Table Centerpieces.
We enjoyed chatting to the girls at Royal Salon who specialise in Hair and Mehndi. They gave me an incredible Mehndi pattern on my hand which was a joy to watch being done; such talent!
We look forward to the next one on 12th and 13th June and hope we can see some of you there!
Enjoy the sun,
Abi
